Credit Side Annotation
Line 10 - "Doctr D. Seguary" probably refers to Dr. John de Sequeyra (Siquiyra, Siqueyra, or Sequayra; 1712–1795), a native of London, England, and a scion of a distinguished Sephardi Jewish family who, in 1745 came to Virginia and settled in Williamsburg, where he practised medicine for numerous years. See Diaries, 2:195 [Rotunda | Founders Online].
