John Orr (b. 1726) was a Scottish merchant who settled first in Westmoreland and then in Fairfax County, Virginia. In 1766, Orr carried a cash payment to GW from John Relfe of Philadelphia (see Ledger A, 230). In 1773 GW paid Orr for two bedticks (see Ledger B, 91).
Orr was married to the sister of William Grayson (c.1736-1790).
