William Brummitt (Brumit; b. 1713) lived on the east bank of Dogue Run just above Mount Vernon. He made occasional use of the blacksmith at Mount Vernon (see Ledger B, 76). Brummitt also paid GW for weaving done for him in 1769 (see Ledger A, 296).
