Jacob Fry leased from GW 200 acres of land on the South Fork of Bullskin Run for an annual rent of £6. On 1 March 1773, GW received by his brother Samuel Washington payment for the tract which had been “Assign’d” by Fry to Moses Collett (Collet) (see Ledger B, 72, 82).
