Line 5 - It would appear that GW at this time had two of Thomas Cockburn’s bills, or drafts, for £100, one that he sent to Robert Cary & Co. on 24 Oct. and the other that he sold on 26 Oct. to “Mr Lewis,” Fielding Lewis, Sr. See Ledger A, 154Ledger A, 193, and GW to Robert Cary & Co., 24 October 1763.
