In 1772 Michael Henry was residing on GW's 120–acre lot no. 3 in Fauquier County, Va., which by that year was "assign'd" to him (see Ledger B, 69).  Henry remained a tenant on that tract through 1784, and in 1785 he settled his account with GW (see Ledger B, 101, 197).
