Description:

The following types of sugar are mentioned in the Financial Papers:

Loaf Sugar - Sugar refined and moulded into a loaf or conical mass.

Lump Sugar - Loaf sugar broken into lumps or cut into cubes.

Muscovado Sugar - Raw or unrefined sugar obtained from the juice of the sugar cane by evaporating it and draining off the molasses.
